Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and interview scheduling
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Support onboarding and orientation processes
- Help organize training sessions and employee events
- Respond to employee inquiries and assist with HR policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
